Best of DIY – 2013

Top:  Marshmallow Shooter – We made these for my kids 1/2 year birthday parties in the park.  They were definitely the hit of the party, especially with the grownups.

Middle Left:  Home Office Transformation – I love, love, love this office/playroom space.  The chalkboard wall is so much fun and the black triangle pattern on the walls adds just the touch of fun I’ve always wanted.   I’m so glad I did this.

Bottom Left: Hallway Gallery Wall – Adding color to my hallways absolutely transformed this space.  I love looking it at now.  We can catch glimpses of the gallery wall from both the living room and the dining room.  The gallery wall showcases my children’s talent and it’s one of the best changes we’ve made this year.

Bottom Right:  Balloon Wreath – My daughter’s balloon wreath is still hanging in her room.  She still loves it and it was worth the work.

Flower break

I’m certainly not a DIY blogger, but I do enjoy making our home a fun and comfortable place.  Every once in a while I break out the paint and a glue gun.  Sometimes it ends in a disaster, but it’s always worth the risk.

I LOVE your home office transformation Tricia – pretty amazing for someone who declines to call themselves a DIY blogger. I love your great mix of posts. Happy new year! Looking forward to what you have to share in 2014.
