Laugh Out Loud
I have funny friends. When we converse in the morning, things get a little wonky from time to time. It takes a bit for our caffeine to kick in.
This morning’s facebook chat was no exception.
Now, my friend shall remain unnamed, unless she rats herself out in the comments, but friends, I’m still laughing over this.
Exorcisms or exercise really shouldn’t be tackled before noon. Just my opinion.
We were invited to a Wallace & Gromit party. The details are sketchy, but we’ve been told to wear a costume and bring cheese.
Now, I love a good party, and you know I like a good costume, but I’m unsure. Plus, there’s a time crunch. I have this distinct feeling that we will be the only ones in costume.
I mean, it would be funny. Tell the FringeFamily to dress up like dogs and giant rabbits and come to a party where everyone else is NOT in costume…ya, I can see the humor.
The party is Saturday.
Last night, I was bemoaning our plight and thinking I better get watching more Wallace & Gromit, when my daughter sprinkled her enthusiasm on us all.
She’s the eternal optimist in the family. The only one.
Immediately, she somehow transformed a pair of headband antlers into giant rabbit ears.
Of course he should! Why didn’t I think of that.
And, I may try to make a mask out this…you know, poster-board and paint.
Apparently, I don’t have enough to do, because I joined the Jamberry team.
What is Jamberry, you ask?
Well, it’s a company that sells Jams – super-cute and fun and quirky nail wraps. They last for two weeks and don’t mess up your nails underneath.
Guys, they are just so dang fun. I couldn’t help myself.
It’s party time, no costumes required. Just cute nails!
So, now, I have a website and everything. Check it out. Try a Jam or ten, you’ll fall in love too.
And, hey, if you want to host a super-rad Facebook party, I can be your consultant! If you want, we can all wear costumes.
Kidding. Let’s leave out the costumes….maybe.
Now, it’s your turn.
Time to spill the beans and catch-up with Friday Chats.
What’s going on in your life?
