I think I may have overdone the “insta” pictures this week, but I just couldn’t help myself.
It’s so easy to snap away with a phone.
These were the best blueberry muffins.
Even FringeMan, who is most certainly not a muffin man, liked them very much.
You can find the recipe here.
Except I think I messed up when I made them, because I used brown sugar from the crumble top and omitted the cinnamon.
They were just as good. I’m sure of it.
She desperately wanted to bring home this little red Salamander, but sorry, no-can-do.
I have the feeling you’ll be getting lots of blueberry recipes from me in the near future.
For a few days it was 72 degrees and sunny – Absolutely Perfect!
I told my husband I wished it would stay like this all year long.
He said we’d have to move to California for that kind of weather.
Is it true Californian’s?
I could think of ten good reasons why I need one of these cups.
But alas, I left the store without one.
This is the not-so-famous duck hunter.
For the last year or so, my husband has been obsessed with duck hunting.
It’s his new love.
And he only just wanted his first episode of Duck Dynasty about a month ago.
He’s desperately trying to convert me with the promise of pink camo.
As if pink camo were fall’s hot look.
FringeMan, you’re flying solo on this one.
Has anyone noticed the new blog header?
Yay or Nay?
I was struck with a creative bug the other night and had to play around.
She’s a cowgirl, gangsta, Florida retiree with those wrap-around shades.
I think this look can be summed up as Red-Neck.
Yes, my kids are mixed-up. Why do you ask?
“Are you really wearing that?” I asked.
“Ya, why? I always wear this.”
“Just not usually together.” I said.
“But all the colors are the same except the shirt has a red stripe.”
“Oh. Well, that makes perfect sense then.”
I know you already saw it (if you didn’t, go check it out), but Apple Hill Cottage wrote a nice piece on painted furniture and she included a little piece on my desk.
Have a happy weekend my friends.
