This one is for all you sea lovers!
Don’t pay too much attention to my pictures; it tastes better than it looks. I’m no photographer, but I know you like to see pictures. Me too!First you need to go buy a jar of Honey Crunch Wheat Germ. I think it’s safe to assume you don’t have this ingredient hiding in the back of your pantry.
Tip: Refrigerate upon opening. I lost my first bottle because I didn’t read the directions. Here’s what you’re looking for when you go grocery shopping.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Use fish fillets of your choice. I used frozen flounder fillets, but I prefer Talapia (not sure if I spelled that correctly). Spray fillets with olive oil (I have one of those handy spritzer bottles that you can fill with the oil of your choice), sprinkle with a touch of salt, and coat top of fillets heavily with Honey Crunch Wheat Germ. This stuff is great, so don’t skimp. It’s even good for you – an extra bonus in my book. Guilt FREE!
Bake till fish is done and top is slightly brown. QUICK MEAL!
