After I downloaded the photos for this week, I almost scrapped What I Wore Wednesday. Let’s just say it wasn’t a stellar week for me. But in the spirit of realness and honesty, here we go.
Denim Skirt: Kohl’s, Shirt: GAP (old)
I call this my bat shirt, because when I put out my arms, it looks like I’m a bat. Do you know what I mean? Have you ever seen those oddly cut shirts?
This was my daughter’s idea. She wanted me to show off my little owl. A friend of mine stopped by one night and brought me this little cute owl. Don’t you just love it?
Shirt: Kmart, Shorts: Hand-me-Down, Purse: Fossil (I won it!)
My husband brought us to a Trappers Convention at the fair grounds. I imagine it’s how he feels when I talk him into attending a craft fair with me.
Enough said.
These antlers will see gold spray paint in their future and maybe even a giant pink flower. We’ll see.
When I purchased them, the man said, “Now, what are you going to do with those?”
“Spray paint them gold and hang a necklace from them.” I said.
“Oh. Well, that’s different.”
They seriously needed a women’s booth at this convention.
Jeans: Target, Shirt: (Old), Scarf: Kohl’s
Polka dots and stripes? I just went with it.
Some days, you have to make your clothes work and not give them a second a thought.
I was shopping in the Junior section with my daughter, because she’s stuck somewhere in-between kids and Juniors. She doesn’t like the Junior’s clothes though, because she feels like they are too grown-up, so we stick to the kids.
Anyway, she found me some t-shirts and I grabbed this one, although there was the cutest owl wearing a pair of glasses. I’m a little sad i left it behind.
I’m pretty much in love with this t-shirt. I think it’s extremely versatile. In fact, next Wednesday I’ll show you all the outfits I can make with it.
That’s it my friends. It’s what I wore this week.
Love the Love t-shirt- cute!
I love the love tshirt, too! And on a random note, I’m extremely jealous of your yellow bird cage.
